Winston Machinery was formed by Dan Hogan in 1988 to build sawmill and conveyor equipment. The main business was centered around log decks and green chains. Twelve years later, Winston manufactures over twenty-five different machines to automate lumber and log handling systems, as well as representing many other vendors of the lumber industry. The home office of Winston is located in the small town of Lynn, Alabama with over 50,000 square feet.
Winston Machinery expanded into industrial supplies in 1995. Winston maintains a large inventory of industrial supplies at competitive prices for immediate delivery: electric motors, speed reducers, bearings, mill sprockets, mill chain, roller chain sprockets, sheaves, bushings, and belts. Winston can sell you one machine or do a complete lock and key job, including installation.
